NICA Fund changes its name to Capital for Communities Fund!

As of December 9th, 2009, the NICA Fund has changed its name to the Capital for Communities Fund. The name change reflects the expansion of this successful Fund to other poor countries in Central and South America, while maintaining our strong commitment to Nicaragua. The Capital for Communities Fund will continue the mission of poverty alleviation through microfinance that has successfully helped over 18,000 entrepreneurs start and/or expand their own business in 2009.
