Andrea Ramirez

 

Andrea is a graduate of Binghamton University with a degree in Financial Economics. She worked as a consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York as part of the Transfer Pricing practice providing economic consulting services to multinationals. During her time at PwC she was also part of the global markets team for PwC's Advisory business.

More recently Andrea worked in El Salvador and Costa Rica as a Kiva Fellow, working with Kiva's partners rolling out training programs, assisting in the design of new policies, among other projects. During that time she also had the opportunity to meet many borrowers in the field, learn about their businesses and the impact that micro-finance has had in their lives.
